Spinjo Terms and Conditions
Which rules bind you once you hold a Spinjo account? The short answer sits in five parts below: your account, your money, our offers, how play is protected and how to reach us. Here “you” is the account holder and “we” is Spinjo; the conditions printed with a specific offer apply in addition to these terms.
Part 1. Your Account
1.1 Age. Only adults may play with us: 18+ and the legal age in your country. As a rule, registration is open only to players aged 18 or over.
1.2 Sign-up. An account is opened with an e-mail address and a password. Country and account currency are selected during registration.
1.3 Your details. Keep the details you enter about yourself accurate and up to date. As a rule, incorrect details hold up checks and payouts later on.
1.4 Your login. Keep your password to yourself and never share your login. Two-factor authentication can usually be switched on as an extra safeguard, and SSL encryption protects data on its way between your device and our systems.
1.5 Identity check. We confirm your identity before or at your first withdrawal. The documents involved typically cover your identity, your address and the payment method you use.
Part 2. Your Money
2.1 Ways to pay in. You can deposit by card (Visa, Mastercard), with the e-wallets MiFinity, Skrill and Neteller, bank transfer and crypto in Bitcoin, Tether (USDT), Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin or Bitcoin Cash.
2.2 Smallest amounts. Fiat deposits start at €20. Withdrawals by e-wallet or crypto also start at €20.
2.3 Fees. We charge no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charge on a bank payout usually comes from an intermediary bank, not from us.
2.4 Where payouts go. Money is typically returned to the method you deposited with, and third-party payments are not allowed.
2.5 Speed. Of all our payout routes, crypto is the quickest. Players invited to our VIP Club get higher and faster withdrawals.
Part 3. Our Offers
3.1 Welcome package. The package is spread over four deposits and is worth up to €5,000 plus 300 free spins in total. Stage one: 100% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins. Stage two: 50% up to €1,000 plus 50 free spins. Stage three: 50% up to €1,500 plus 50 free spins. Stage four: 75% up to €1,500 plus 100 free spins. Each stage needs a deposit of at least €20.
3.2 Weekly reloads. Tuesday: 50% up to €500 plus 20 free spins. Thursday: 30% up to €500. Friday: 30% up to €100. Sunday: 50, 100 or 150 free spins for a €50, €100 or €150 deposit.
3.3 Conditions on every bonus. Every bonus carries 40x wagering, and free-spin winnings carry the same 40x. Each bonus lasts 3 days. With a bonus running, a single bet may not exceed €5.
3.4 Opting out. At deposit, the bonus option is as a rule switched on by default; switch it off or tell our team if you would rather play without one.
3.5 Loyalty. Every €20 of real-money slot bets earns one loyalty point. Your loyalty or VIP level determines your cashback, and the VIP Club is open by invitation.
Part 4. Protected Play
4.1 Chance. Slots, jackpot slots, live roulette, blackjack and baccarat, instant-win and crash games all run on chance; nothing in these terms promises a win.
